Overview

The Confluent strategy is a meta-strategy that requires agreement between multiple independent sub-strategies before generating a signal. It runs Smart Money V2, Order Flow, and Chart Pattern simultaneously and only trades when they agree on direction.

Sub-Strategy Agreement

The Confluent strategy internally instantiates:

• Smart Money V2 Strategy

• Order Flow Strategy

• Chart Pattern Strategy

Each sub-strategy independently analyzes the market. A signal is only generated when at least 3 of the following agree:

• SMC signal in the same direction

• Order Flow signal in the same direction

• Chart Pattern signal in the same direction

• MTF Pattern Confirmation aligns with the direction

• Zone analysis (premium/discount) supports the direction

• Regime trend direction confirms

Confidence Calculation

The final confidence is a weighted average of the agreeing sub-strategies, further modified by:

• Order flow strength

• Zone position quality

• Regime favorability

• ATR-based SL/TP with regime adjustment

Signal Cooldown: 15-minute cooldown per symbol prevents overtrading. Disabled during backtesting.
